Another ordinary day in the life of a Bèuf

Tortino di zucca

Ingredienti:

750 g zucca (cotta al forno o al vapore)

2 uova

125 g panna fresca

100 g parmigiano grattugiato

1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia

sale e pepe qb

noce moscata

Preparazione:

In una ciotola, mescolare zucca schiacciata, uova, panna, parmigiano e aggiustare con sale, pepe e noce moscata.

Stendere la sfoglia in una tortiera, bucherellare la superficie con una forchetta e versarvi il composto di zucca. Livellare e tagliare la pasta in eccesso.

Cuocere in forno caldo (190°C) per circa 25/30 minuti.

Nella versione di Bèuf, non c'è la noce moscata perché non ne avevo in casa, ho usato la pasta brisée anziché la sfoglia e ho usato la pasta in eccesso come decorazione (la Z di Zùper Bèuf).

Le foto tendono tutte al giallognolo, perché adoro la luce della cappa se lascio il bilanciamento del bianco su auto.
